These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Editi, the online document creator available at editi.app. By creating an account or using Editi to format, generate, or share professional business documents, you agree to these terms.
By accessing or using the Editi document editor, AI writing tools, and document templates, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Editi account credentials and for all document creation and sharing activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
Editi offers a Free plan (up to 5 documents per month), a Pro Plan ($12/month with 25 AI-written documents), and a Business plan ($29/month with unlimited AI writing). Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period.
Our AI document writer generates content based on your prompts. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the accuracy of all AI-generated documents before relying on or distributing them. Editi does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose.
You retain ownership of the business documents, policies, reports, and proposals you create with Editi. You grant Editi a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the document creation, formatting, and AI writing services.
You agree not to use Editi to create documents that are unlawful, infringe intellectual property rights, or contain harmful or offensive material. You may not abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
Editi provides built-in document templates and allows you to create custom templates. You are responsible for ensuring your branding, logos, and content comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.
We strive to keep Editi available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, templates, or plans at any time with reasonable notice.
Editi is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Editi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the document editor or AI writing tools.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Editi after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
